Bay Hien Tower

PROS Construction Consultancy Limited provided the design modification service to separate the fire safety electrical system from the normal electrical system with existing ATS-1 (non-apply the ties circuit breaker to separate normal electrical system one busbar side and safety electrical system one busbar side), by adding a separate ATS-2 cabinet for the fire safety electrical system. In addition, PROS also redesigned the HVAC system for this 5-story shopping podium.
Bay Hien Tower is the 23-story mixed-use building, including 2 basement levels, a 5-story shopping podium, and an 18-story apartment tower.
The building received fire safety certification after the completed design and installation of the separation for fire-safe electrical system out of the normal electrical system in early 2019.
